# Mode Solver Result
In the Mode Solver Result section, users can select ModeSolver simulation results for visualization and create new custom datasets. Plotting options are also available to enhance data visualization. After the simulation is complete, click Post-Run Result button to open the Result panel.
# Dataset
Users can select monitor datasets for visualization in this result section and also create new custom datasets.
# Monitor Dataset
All the monitors included in the simulation are listed here in a three-like structure. Users can navigate through them and select the information they want to plot.
# Custom Dataset
Allow the users to create custom datasets based on the monitor results. Click the Add Custom Dataset button to open the Dataset Editor panel.
# Coordinate
In this result section, users can filter dataset data. Depending on the monitor type and settings, one or more of the following fields are available: frequency, position, direction, and mode index.
# Plotting Setting
In this result section, users can adjust the dataset plotting setting to customize the visualization.
# 1D Dataset
Line Type: Click this selection box to choose between different line types.
Options:
- Solid (Default)
- Dash
- Dot
- Dash Dot
- Long Dash
- Long Dash Dot
Line Width: Directly edit the line width value or use the up and down arrows to change its value.
Type: floating-point number
- Constraint: greater than 1
- Default: 1
X Axis: Set Auto range to True to automatically adjust the x-axis limits. To customize the axis limits, set Auto range to False and enter the minimum and maximum limit values in the min and max edit boxes.
Y Axis: Set Auto range to True to automatically adjust the y-axis limits. To customize the axis limits, set Auto range to False and enter the minimum and maximum limit values in the min and max edit boxes.
# 2D Dataset
In this result section, users can adjust the plotting setting of 2D datasets.
Use equal aspect ratio: When True, the same data scaling is used to plot units for x- and y-directions.
Overlay with structure: When True, plots the permittivity distribution over the fields and let the user to adjust it between fully opaque (1) and fully transparent (0).
Color Scale: Set the color bar minimum and maximum limits.
