# Source Time Dataset

source_time_dataset: Custom dataset defining the time-domain waveform envelope.

Upload the waveform with the Import Time DataSet control.

# Central Frequency

freq0: Carrier frequency used to modulate the custom envelope.

Type: floating-point number

  • Unit: THz (default unit), GHz, MHz, or Hz

# Frequency Width

fwidth: Estimated frequency width of the custom source.

Type: floating-point number

  • Unit: THz (default unit), GHz, MHz, or Hz

# Offset

offset: Time delay of the envelope in units of 1 / (2π fwidth).

Type: floating-point number

  • Default: 0

# Amplitude

amplitude: Real-valued maximum amplitude scaling factor.

Type: floating-point number

  • Default: 1

# Phase

phase: Phase shift of the time dependence.
